Yes.
We have it
A will.
most people don't use it well.
And most have not been trained on how.
It realy is a muscle.
One that can be flexed or not.

For instance fear.

One can give into fear, or, one can do what one knows one needs to do anyway.

The use of will is to make a choice.

To chose to do the things we know we need to do.

OR

To choose to give into fear and emotion.

WillPOWER.

The will to act.

Willing but not willful

And then the act.

I spent the first 22 years of my life not even recognizing my willpower as a tappable force for me to use and see.  Now it is a stength for me to draw on, and something that I can go to in times of need :-)
