I'm really angry right now.  A slip on the pronoun or name will 'cause me to burst into rage.  I understand from strangers... but my own family?  i talk to them about it and two seconds later they're screwing up again.  It makes me not want to hang out with them but they're all I've got.

Just wondering if anyone else has gone through bouts of anger and if you've got any advice.  thanks.

Practice.
And understanding.
I try to see where they are coming from.
It is difficult but with time, my anger has gotten much less.
And meditation, that helps a lot.

I get angry to, but in my case until I start the transition I can't expect too much different since there is nothing to remind them and in regards to my job I have to deal with it and just swallow any anger I have.  Kinda used to it by now though.

The people I know and know me pretty well all stick to the 'he, him, etc." which is great.  Luckly strangers also say that 90% of the time until I say something.

Just takes patience.  I know it can be annoying and fustrating, but in time things should balance out.  Just hang in there and remember not everybody will understand and/or accept it.  You will just have to take the high road and be the better person as much as possible.
