Hey, how come I can't view profiles?

You need 5 posts to upload a photo, view profiles, or send private messages. Which you now have :)

but whenever i click on anyones profile it says you cant just view anyones profile...

Because you need 15 posts to view profiles now.

Same thing. You need 15 posts before you can upload your own avatars.
Which you have, so try it now.

To upload photo:

Click on 'forum profile information', check 'upload my own photo', then hit browse.
Nero was the Forum Admin here at Susan's Place for several years up to the time of his death.
