Brother Micah not covered by first amendment
Letter to the Editor

On March 7, I visited the campus of the University and had lunch with a friend. My friend, who I will not name, is currently a freshman at Alabama and in the honors program. After finishing lunch at one of the dining facilities in the Ferguson Center, we walked outside to the area between the Ferg and the Student Services Center.
What I then encountered, as a visitor to the University's main campus, was shocking and appalling.

this incident should have been reported by every female that was harassed. in all reality this is sexual harassment. i wouldn't have tolerated it, if he had called me or one of my friends a whore. i would have knocked him on his ass with purse. that was blatant disrespect from this Micah. he is no brother to anyone, just someone who probably needs therapy and something better to do than harass the female student body at this school. i'm appalled by his actions and the schools NON-reaction.
