of Perpetual Indulgence. If you don't know about the '60s psychedelic
group The Cockettes, it's time to check out the doc that focuses on
them, including their disastrous 1971 NY debut and bone up on your
radical theater history (right?)."

They once claimed they 'brushed their teeth with LSD every morning."  They were true counter-cultural pioneers.  Also, in a sadder way, they were pioneers in AIDS, as several of them died of it before it was even named.
