Whatever you do, take pictures! And for heavens sake, keep them!  I've just spent the last week asking friends for pictures during my transition. I purged things all the time.  And I've found that looking over these old shots, has brought back some vey sensitive and warm memories.

Same here. (Although in my case they're from only about 2 years ago.)

Thank you.  It's a big change and I had to go back the the salon to get it re-cut and styled.  I like it a lot more now.
