I love for you to tell about the name that you us here at Susans.
Is it special to you and why or why not?

For me I choose a name that is a combination of two of may favorite GG's to use here at Susan's. One is my sister  her name is Jill and we called her Jillie when she was young.  We have alway been close. My wife's middle name is Ann wife. So I'm am Jillieann. I love beening called by my online name. Although I do have another name for my female side that I use when not on the internet.

My name is my female name. I rarely use the name I was given at birth on the internet. I don't see a point... since I am a female.

I gave me female side the name of Alice.

A simple process from Alan -> Al -> Alice.

I like it when people call me Al.

Hello Everyone:

I use the name tinkerbell, but of course that isn't my real name.  My real name is ...I'd rather not say...but you can call me Tink as a nickname. ;D

When I signed up, I simply entered my usual internet handle without really thinking about it. But a lot of people here are calling me by my chosen name now, and that's nice too. :)

Hello Jillieann.

I use my real (legal) name (Not always a prudent thing to do on the net).  It's special to me simply because I chose it.  There are no hidden meanings behind it, and I didn't choose it because it contains the names of people who I admire.  For some reason I've always liked Stephanie so that's the name I went with.  It's my name and I like it :) :)

Chynna

It's a nickname given to me a few years back by my very first "REAL" boyfriend..that I let Associate's call me by and its short for

Chynna Doll

Chynna White (you may have seen me sign a post with) is just a fictious name I like

My real name is

SINIAYA
pronounced:  Sin - eye - ya

I go by Rafe, which is a nickname for the name I chose for myself, Rafael. As with Dennis, this is my real name... just because it's not on my birth certificate doesn't mean it isn't my name. Catholics get a new name at confirmation... I got my new one at transformation.  8)

I think by "real name" she meant your legal name.

Chaunte

"Chaunte" is a double morph of my legal name.  It's double because the original spelling was taken by morphing my name into the English spelling, and then it morphing it again into French.

Chaunte means a female singer, which is what I am.

Chaunte Marie

Sarah Louise

This is the name that is on my drivers license and credit cards, so it better be my real name.

I'm one up on all of you.

I'm using the name of my Dog!

Her name is Cindianna Jones.

A few on the board know my name and it won't be hard for anyone to follow breadcrumbs from my book.

I'm not ashamed of who I am.  But I do have a life free from the dragon now.  I sure wouldn't want to invite him home for dinner ;)

Cindi

LMAO!!!

Now, I have to ask, are you an archeologist as well?

"Kate" is the most similar to my male name that I can think of. It also allows me to keep my initials, and I can write it fairly well.

Plus, I kinda have crushes on Kate Beckinsale (as the Underworld vamp) and Cate Blanchett (especially as Galadriel).

And strangely, I kinda like that it's not particularly feminine or soft sounding. Yea, I know, weird thing for a m2f to say...

I'm known as HELEN here and at my support group.  But, as I've posted before, it doesn't feel right so if I ever get to changing my name it'll be different.

My new middle name, Christine, I'll keep.

Holly?  Hannah??  Hillary??? Hortense???? Hester????? Hildegard?????? (OK, now I'm kidding)  ;D

Until then, yours truly,
helen

wolfie

good idea for a poll jilleann!!

my screen name is wolfie because i'm a total game nerd and that's part of my gamer tag when i'm playing xboxlive ("battle wolfie"). it originated when i was 13 and wanted to have a name to enter on the screen that wasn't my legal name and that was masculine, so i chose "wolverine" (who's more masculine than wolverine from the x-men!?... other than the whole wearing yellow spandex thing). It then slowly morphed into battle wolfie and then just wolfie. *shrugs* i blame it on hours infront of a tv screen with a controller glued to my palms.

tino is the short form of "acentino" which was my papa's (grandpas) name. my grandma said i should take it. i miss him, we got along really well, he passed 5 years ago, feels like yesterday.

Chaunte, no, I am not an archeologist.  But I love the field of study.  I watch every program I can pick up about it.  Why, does it show? ;)

I'm sorry.  It simply seemed too much of a coincidence I couldn't let slip by.  Indianna Jones.  Cindianna Jones.  Both named after their dog.  Archeology was the next logical question.   :)

Little Lynn

Since my parents named me "Josh", I simply looked for the next closest thing.  Jocelyn.  My MtF name was chosen to make it easy for my friends to remember.  If they accidently called me by the wrong name in public while I was dressed up, they could almost seemlessly slide into the right name.  Then, of course, I realized it's a nice name and I became attached to it.

Little Lynn is common alias I use online based on what a friend called me once.  I go to a couple forums under that name, although I'm a GG as far as they're concerned on any other forum.

I answered FtM, the name from my male side, but it is also my legal name now.
