hi

I have read a little in this forum but i cant find a good tip for how to make my body look more female. I have read and searched but i dont want to throw myself on a crazy hunt and destroy my body, im thinkin of buying some hormones and use a small dosage at the begining but its not good if i dont have a doctors advice.

1: Can i ask a doctor how i should dosage the hormones and anti testoron ?
2: Can i buy something that is similar to hormones but fairly riskfree?

i dont want to have to use padded underwear or similar, i want a more permanent solution.
After i have been reading all over the internet i know how they work in the body and how they can affect me but i can take the risk to get my body perfect.
I have a "computer user" body so i dont have much muscles and body fat.

I hope i put this post in the right place

Hi Chrille,

My advice to you is to seek a good therapist.  Worry about the rest later.

Thanx for the tip, i cant hold myself so much longer. Going to a therapist as soon as possible, i need to talk to someone and get the strength to tell friends and family. As of now i cant say it.

If you are a crossdresser then you'll want to focus on "illusions", tricks that draw the eye away from the masculine features and create a more feminine presentation.  Do a web search and you'll find all kinds of sites that help in that area.

If this is something more than crossdressing then, as Katherine says, you need to see a therapist.  Your focus should be on where your gender identity falls on the spectrum.  Only then can you begin to look at physical changing steps like hormones and surgery.

You could also look for a local support group.  This can also help in your quest to find out more about yourself and help you deal with family issues.

I second that, and therapy is the way to go

and in the meantime, there are some really good ways look feminine without hormones, look at
Derrick Barry.....OK so I don't believe it when he says that he's all male either, point is you got to
experiment, and have fun doing so.  :)

I have been crossdressing since i was 12 but never told anyone before, i have told some of my friends now to strengthen my confidence. The crossdressing its not enough for me to feel happy so i need to talk with someone and clear my mind.

Take the therapy advice, chrille. You may find that you are not just heading to be a better crossdresser, but that you are actually transsexual. And discuss any use of hormones with both a therapist and an endocrinologist. If you wish to maintain your genitalia in their current working order (crossdressing) then hormone therapy will be a major disappointment for you as it effectively kills to greatly hampers your physical ability to perform as a male.

Hi Chili and welcome to the show

Make a chicken foot necklace and dance around awhile. If that doesn't work for you....Go see a therapist and figure out if your a CD or a TG. And of course you have many friends here to talk to regarding Cross dressing, transgendering and making chicken foot necklaces
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS
