A transsexual U.S. business executive has been ordered to leave Britain after claiming damages for alleged workplace discrimination.

Jessica Bussert, 41, has been ordered by the Home Office to leave the country because her work permit is no longer valid in Britain, The Independent reported.

Bussert, a senior IT consultant, has claimed damages from Hitachi Data Systems and said she was demoted at work after facial and breast surgery made her transsexual status more known.
