Your skin looks absolutely fantastic for no hormones. Come here so I can claw your eyes out in jealousy.  :icon_lips:

You look really good hun, Have you had any type of facial hair removal?
  •

Tristan

i think you could make it for a lil bit cuz you are super cute!. T might catch up to you in b4 you hit 30 though so you may want to take some T blockers in the mean time

Don't forget that hormones are for the brain too.
Personally, I consider that to be the most important effect.

Right now I am on hormones only, but surgeries are on the table.
I would not even consider life without them.  Yes I get emotional and yes I can become a raging B***h, but I would not want it any other way.

But it is your journey and your way.

As far as looks, you would be passable now with alittle makeup.  Even without it, you are fem.  Just how fem or attractive depends on you.  Are you just in an experimental mode right now, or like an in between..not knowing which way to go?  Do you know if you are TS for sure?  I wouldnt start any hormones until you are confident with your decision within yourself.  You are on the right track by just working things out with dress and makeup right now..I know it can take time,  if you arent really sure of what to do.  Some ppl just stay andro..and its not a prob, but its an individual choice.  Hormones imo are for someone that is ready to start physical and are ready for the emotional changes hormones can bring about.  I know for me, hormone treatment made a big impact not only on an emotional level,  but also helped a lot in feminizing my face and body, but i made a conscious decision where i was going first, and asked myself alot of questions b4 i started.   You do have good genetics tho for someone that hasnt been on any hrt yet, so it would only get better later if you should decide to go ahead with it.

If you can pull it off for the rest of your life more power to you.  But don't think it can be possible. Also like Renate said:

Looking good - but try a side profile photo too, as that can reveal male artifacts that a frontal shot can reduce.

One of the biggest problems about going without medication is that most men lose their hair, or at lest develop a defined male hair line. I see you're wearing a cap. At least keep a close eye on that.

Nero

You're gorgeous. But like Tristan and Pia mentioned - how long before masculinization catches up?
And like Renate pointed out - the right hormone helps your brain.
but you're gorgeous regardless!  :-*

Do you have a full body shot?  Just because your head passes doesn't mean the other 95% of your body will.

You look terrific, and the fact you have no detectable adam's apple in your picture too helps even more with your passing ability ;)

But I can say the same thing about the masculine stuff catching up with you....question is when will it?

nice face structure. I have a baby face and invisible adams apple but i still feel like i should take the hormones, in that case i think you'd be considered as a cross dresser?
  •

Luc

No, she'd be a non-op transsexual, unless she doesn't truly feel that she identifies as female. Cross-dressers don't identify entirely as female, but rather cross-dress either for fetishistic reasons, or because they are expressing their feminine side.

Ms Bev

I usually don't look at the 'how do I look?' posts, which often are lumped with the 'I think I look great, do you agree?' posts.
*Sigh*  I looked.  Nice pic, but hard to tell anything looking head-on, from the chin-on-up perspective.

At some time, as others have said, the T will catch up with you, and will skew your body and brain to the male side.  You will likely never know , deep down to your very core, how female feels.....how female thinks.

No hormones, but not living as female, as I am a dad of 3 kids. But, all of my clothes and most of my shoes are women's. I occasionally wear men's formal dress when I should deliver lecture or presentation in front of audience.
