Therapists in portland oregon - Janet Lewis and Shelly Norton?

So I've been wanting to find a gender therapist in Portland. I've cross-referenced the list on this site and a list of what's on my insurance, and 2 names came up, Shelly Norton and Janet Lewis. Has anyone had either of them as therapists, and how were they? I don't know how therapists are chosen for the list on this site, if there's any "screening" or what, but I've heard some horror stories about therapy and I'd rather get it right the first time. -_-'
