OOOPsies!

I have spent so much of the past several days reading so many postings and topics in here and only just now discovered an actual introduction section - oooppsssie. I'm sure it wouldn't be nice (especially to the webmistress/master) to repost my long winded (possibly boring) introduction from the Transgder talk forum in here. So, you can just pop over there and look at "You have no idea..." to get my intro.

I love that I have finally found this oasis where I can finally start recovering from the arid, barren world I've lived in for so long.

I had been very 'stuck' for so many years and once I found Susan's and registered that was very much how I felt. But after reading and reading and reading for like two days straight and finally started to post and open up my soul to anyone (in here) that would listen/read I had begun to feel more and more unstuck. What a liberating feeling. I'm not completely free from the 'stuckiness' but I am making progress and there is now hope where before there had been none.

I knew you were just having fun with the 'loose the name' comment. No ill feelings - quite the contrary - I felt wonderful reading it. 

Now it may get a touch confusing if you start going around as "StuckInHere". A couple of people may start thinking that you're me. Besides, Chrissty is so much prettier a name. Seeing your avatar makes me feel a little better about myself and my future (if only I looked so pretty).

I just wanted to let you know I've been away for a couple of weeks so I have only just read your post...

I'm glad you took my comments as they were intended..

..but I fear my friends here may still label me with the "stuck" name, even if I try my best to avoid it..

..So make sure you keep making headway..... then there won't be two of us...
