Update my previous list - some of these on TV and some on Hulu:

Sunday - Once Upon a Time, The Walking Dead, Hell on Wheels (when the new eps are on)
Monday - Alcatraz, Castle
Tuesday - NCIS (sometimes), Ringer, Justified
Thursday - Person of Interest
Friday - Fringe, Grimm

(Alcatraz is going to have to pick up)

Will be watching "Touch" when it starts and I liked the premier of "The River" but I haven't settled on it yet.
