"Cold Flashes" on T-blocker and Estrogen

My testosterone level has been getting lower lately and I have a feeling it has reached a fairly low level (haven't had tested in a while).  I have been taking a low dose estrogen gel for the last couple of months. Recently, for about a week, I had what I call 'cold flashes' while in bed. It wasn't really cold and I was well covered and the cold part is like when you have a fever and are in bed and don't want to move because of the horrible chill you get (even if it is hot in your bedroom). It made me shake and was just horrible.  Then later in the night came really bad night sweats to the point I could barely sleep. My estrogen level was increased and things finally went back to normal.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Actually, yeah. My estradiol levels are out of control, flailing about to extremes in either direction with no rhyme or reason. Being flu season though I didn't associate the cold thing with hormones, interesting.

Ugh... I don't take hormones at all (yet), and I experience this sometimes. It's wretched.

Did you have a fever or any other flu-like symptoms?

So actually I should be giddy of at least going through it. That means my T is low!!!!! I plan on testing it soon when I stop procrastinating.
