What surgery do you think is more important? Sex change,Breast Implants,FFS etc!

The thing is i want a boob job one day, then i want a sex change other day then i want a brazillan butt job thing!!!!! but i don't know? it really confusing me lately!... im get brace  first out all of these surgery cause i find your 'simle' is one of the most acttractive features of a person you know what i mean!... so thats frist and i have to wear it for three years too! man i wish i started early (Braces) any way back to the surgery stuff the only time i want a sex change is when i watch porn ( of course) i just want to have sex its so annoying!..., when i get into relationships with a guy witch i don't do because i have a penis- you know what i mean!!!! and the boob job thing, cousin of mine says thats tat make you look like a girl  more etc  but i want a brazillan butt job But also (Guys) can't deal with a girl with boobs and a penis but they can deal with a girl with samll boobs and a vagina!!!! so true! i don't knw i m just confused im just thing of the braces now! i just don't know about the sex change- because you know what they say Its easy to dig a hole, then build a pole! lol yea i just dont want to regert! man i been on HRT for 4 years now doctor said, "Im infertillie!" sort of! like  I don't know if i want kids??......... i love my little cousins and that but i think it would cost too much to put some sperm in a sperm bank i guess you can't have everything!.....

That is the order for me as well.
Blending in is more important than downstairs, or up top. Breasts will continue to grow for a while, and enhancers help a lot, and they are cheap and safer than surgery.

FFS should be the priority, the rest is really up to you.  So get FFS first, and worry about the rest later.

It's different for everyone, though.  My face really bothers me, and my lower region is in a non-functional state until I get it fixed, and a BA just isn't a priority.  Not everyone needs FFS, and by "needs FFS" I mean it's critical to their own self acceptance.  That's how I feel about FFS, but I feel the same way about SRS too.  I'm still unsure of what my priority is, my face is obviously a lot more public, but it's more expensive and I won't feel "done" until SRS.  SRS has the benefit of allowing me to change ALL my documents, but I do live in a state that will let me change my license without a SRS letter.

I think I will end up doing FFS first, but it may come down to my work situation when the time comes to schedule things.

i was always lucky to of been born small with a female shaped body and hrt has played it part too, even though i have been full time for a long time my face has reall began to depress me so im off to Dr Suporn in feb and 20k lighter in money.

it really is personal choices i wanted that first to feel happy again and then as soon as i recover it will be srs, ba to add the final touch and start to live how i want to again and with the person i want too.

I'm still not to the point of starting HRT, so that is priority #1. After that, the face is what people see first when you meet them and, for me, it is what I see most of myself. I need/want to get rid of that male looking face - FFS first for me ASAP (anyone got a winning lottery ticket they can lend me?). I also despise that dangly bit between the legs and can't wait to get the pole replaced with a hole.

As for the breasts, I'm going to wait to see what those good 'ole hormones do for the girls before I invest in silicone/saline. I like 'em au natural.

So, HRT, FFS, SRS and if I get desperate BA.

OMG, I should have known.  Thanks Janet! I have a feeling I won't have to worry about that. My mom had DD or DDDs and her mom well...hers were measured by buckets.  huge!  I am actually scared right now.

Number One - Facial hair removal!!!  This is a must unless you're joining the circus.  I know it's not a surgery but it takes a long time and should be done before FFS or you could find hairs where you never expected to find them. 

As for the surgeries, that depends on your situation.  I opted for FFS & BA first and canceled my GRS date so that people at work would have an easier time with my transition.  I regretted that decision to the point of depression.  GRS was, for me, without a doubt, the most important surgery.

Each of us has different needs.  If your outward appearance is most important, FFS & BA make sense.  If it's the internal feeling of having mind and body in sync, then bottom surgery could be the answer.  You have to decide for yourself.

I agree and I disagree.

I think FFS is an important first step.  I agree that breasts don't make a girl, and they do grow.  When I reach 2.5 years from the start of HRT I will make decisions regarding a BA, until then I am waiting.

To me, SRS is almost as important as FFS, but I think in a lot of cases, FFS is needed to be accepted.  You are right, no one would see your genitals unless you showed them, but for me it has nothing to do with other people.  For me, SRS is for me, and whether I am going to show it to anyone has nothing to do with it.


So for me, FFS, SRS, then anything else if you feel you need them.

I want that "F" on my IDs, I'm tired of carrying around *his* crap, and my pants don't fit right.  And, if I'm really lucky I will find a guy or two to rock in my cradle.

My breasts will be whatever size they decide to be.  So far, I'm comfortable wearing enhancers, and they're not that expensive.

As far as FFS goes, my feeling is that the world is just stuck with my face , although I do have a consult tomorrow for a nose job.   (Ah, Vanity, they name is woman.)

I'll have to copy SarahR.  FFS, SRS, then maybe BA.  I'm still working on facial hair though, and then HRT will begin in a few months...so I've got a while before any of the rest of the alphabet soup is done.  Still...it's time to start saving those pennies....

Everyone has their priorities.  I guess mine are primarily about being somewhat passable for social and employment reasons.  Just like the turtle...slow and steady...until I've finished the last of that alphabet soup.
