In the manly thought process, nipples are a womanly thing, and chests are to be looked at and admired, rather than touched. Only women may touch and only with the intention of enhancing the manly feeling.

This is completely unhelpful in views of the actual topic but just my 2c.

You maybe mean the STRAIGHT manly thought process? So far I've never been in a relationship with a straight man who was into his nipples, but I've met or heard of quite a few gay guys who say that they like nipple stimulation.

I'm sure they love it when their girl plays with 'em they just don't talk about it.

I've been with a couple of guys who were (ostensibly) heterosexual and really got off on nipple stimulation.  One of them in particular practically "needed it" during sex.

I am a straight guy, I have and like sensitive nipples. I am not gay.  I don't think the two things go together at all.

Ever think perhaps it's just more common for gay men to be okay with having their nipples stimulated because they don't quite conform to all the BS cultural stereotypes about men being only a particular way?

I like my nipples the way they are. This is only serving to make me even more worried about having top surgery.

My nipples are not sensitive nor erogenous and I'm in a homosexual relationship. So that's that..

I don't really care whether they'll feel anything at all after the top surgery.
