My daughter was coming home from college very late last night and she hit a large animal of some kind.  The front of her car is destroyed, but she is just fine.

What a coincidence!  I did too  ;D ;)  I don't know if I can say that I am dancing but it was a very relaxing experience nonetheless.  I needed a good conversation and it was just the perfect time. :)

Hi All, today was a wonderful day. I got the best news I could have heard,  My therapist has given me her support 100% for me to transition and finally have the life I've always wanted   YAHOO

I had a nice chat with one of my OH&S managers today. She is looking into fly up from Melbourne a Phsyciaties from Melbourne who specialies in GID for a day to speak to me and work colleges about transgender issues. I do not know if I want them to make such a fuss abiut me and I wanted to talk to the person before she comes up so he/she knows more about my current situation. It may be interesting to talk to her about the longer term. In the short term I will just concentrate on getting my depression under control.

I did blog this item, but I am just so thrilled about this!

I will have breast augmentation within two weeks.  :) :) :) :)

I was going to be 'low key' about this, but I just cannot possibly contain my joy!!!!!!!!!!

And I am sitting here again with a huge smile upon my face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My son finished up his coursework yesterday for his degree! Now he just has to make through his internship. I'm so proud of him.

Well, this has been an interesting week.  As you all know, my dad's surgery was a total success and he left the hospital on the 3rd.  Additionally, due to the recent events at home  ::), I really needed some time off from my regular life; therefore, two good friends of mine suggested that we go to Vegas and so we did.  I had a wonderful time there although we didn't win anything at all; we did not lose much either, so that was a good thing.  I really needed those days off.  Now I'm back home getting ready for tomorrow Monday  ::).  Sorry I did not post anything under the AFK forums, but it was something unexpected.  Glad to be back.  :)  (not really, vacatioins are never enough)

Well, I was told that I would not have to worry about getting the pre-op labwork done for the surgery scheduled for 18 May.

I just broke out in a big smile when I was told this.  ;D

All that is necessary for me to do now, is to show up at the doctor's office, next Friday.  ;D

Despite the huge number of setbacks I've had recently, I've managed to bring my deliveries back on schedule.  It's been a monumental task (especially considering that one of my suppliers has been 4 months behind).  It has been wearing me down ... along with a number of other setbacks.  But I did it.  And I'm on cloud nine tonight.  Hubby will be home in a few hours and I'll get a big hug from him.  And I know that all will be right in my world for the day.
