Gimme an insight

The brow and high nose bridge does seem somewhat prominent in those first two pics (it gives your eyes a deep-set look).  Also, not sure about that pout - it makes it hard to judge and honestly doesn't suit you very well in my opinion (it might be the lighting and the upper-lip/smile dimples).

You look sweet in the bottom pick and your hair shortens your forehead height.

Since you asked.  Hope you don't take it the wrong way.

Brow bossing reduction

Rhinoplasty

Sliding genioplasty

Scalp advance

Tracheal shave

If those are your boobs, you certainly don't need a BA! :)

Hi Sara,

I don't see the trach shave, at least from the pictures, but agree with the forehead contour, scalp advance and rhino.  But you are very pretty without those procedures.   I'm not even sure that any chin procedures would be desired, you have a cute chin, I wouldn't say that it's masculine, and your jawline is quite nice.  (from the pictures, which ideally, you should post with your hair pulled back, and no makeup on).

I agree about the pout thing that finewine mentioned, it's not a good look.  (even though I love to pout, *giggles*)  Did you have lip injections recently?

Have you been on HRT long, to help soften (fleshy areas of) the face?

Sigh, I'm already regretting posting this, I don't like to offer opinions like this, but I would have liked more people posting on me when I was starting the FFS review process, so I'll put this out there.   This is all opinion, and not to be taken in any way but one person's opinions.   My own decision, ultimately, was based upon a subjective review of what I needed, was a conglomeration of opinions, FFS Surgeon assessments, and just spending quality, honest time with a mirror.

Good Luck!  I'm going to try that celebrity look alike thing you have in your post, looks like fun ;)

Take Care,
Melan

I agree with Melan that the brow, scalp adv, and rhinoplasty will make a big difference overall, but you are cute already! The pic of you in the white sweater with your bangs down is good. It looks like your hair is still pretty thick too.

I am going to see about getting my nose work done-1st consult Tuesday of next week. Hopefully I can get the surgery done by the end of this month. Good luck and keep us posted as to what you are having done.

I'm not huge on FFS IF someone looks very good to begin with.  You do.  If anything, for you a rhinoplasty is a maybe, as is scalp advancement, maybe a chin reduction.  I'd leave pretty enough alone.  Of course, my opinion is strictly subjective, and the decision is ultimately yours.  I can say this - I wish I looked as young and beautiful as you already do!

Hugs from Sara...to Sara!

You could reduce your brow ridge and advance your hairline.

You could get rhinoplasty. I don't think your nose looks particularly masculine, but if you get work done on your brow, you might as well go for it.

I wouldn't touch the chin. It's not typically female, but it's not typically male, and it's pretty cute. It's hard to tell with the photos (uneven backgrounds, different non-neutral facial expressions, photos taken from slightly above or below, hair not pulled back).

And in general, you look good, but the Myspace shot (taken with a fairly wide-angle lens from above while pouting) doesn't do much for you. It looks a little silly, and the angle makes your forehead look huge, much more so than from when it's not the closest thing to the camera.
All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.

Myspace? I don't use my space, my chin is ok I guess but its the jawline itself which is huge!

I've never used it either; I just meant the cliche photo (often seen on Facebook as well) -- looking up and pouting; it's often a self-portrait, and often a bit out of focus. It has kind of gone out of style.

Everyone has flattering angles and looks; you have a beautiful smile (yes, you really do, and you're allowed to show teeth when you smile), but the pout isn't as nice, and your forehead is noticeably out of proportion when it's the closest thing to the camera; otherwise it looks pretty normal, especially with the bangs (which don't help the question of what you'd want to do with FFS; they just look good).

It's hard to tell much about your jawline because you have your hair down, and it obscures it, which is a great look for you, how it frames your face, but not great for deciding whether FFS would help. From what I see, sure, your jaw is strongly featured, but not in a masculine way.

You're really cute as is; the main thing that sticks out to the untrained (non-FFS knowledgeable) eye is the eyes being set deeper than females. So, I guess that means the forehead area. That's what people will notice most, I'd say.

edit: so I guess that would be scalp advance. and I have no idea what a sliding genioplasty is.
