Hey there everyone, I haven't done an intro yet... and now that im at newbie level I thought I should... well I guess you can say im still a little confused about myself, but lean more toward the tg side. I've done research and can identify more with the ftm community. My orientation is pansexual, im pretty open-minded. I've felt something was wrong since I was born, lol or since I could remember. I've always been different, and wanted different things. I grew up very tomboyish. I've always said I was born into the wrong body... but hey for all I know I could be something else, I don't want to label myself... as for my name, I really dislike my birthname(I don't let anyone call me by it, and if they do I get angry and correct them), but have not chosen a new name yet. Im having a bit of trouble with it since I know a few guys that chose the names I had in mind. I don't want to feel like im copying them... right now I don't identify as male or female, and I don't like when anyone uses pronouns and such. I don't present well as male, mainly because I don't have a binder, and im kinda big chested. So until I can afford one I use the womens room and such. For now I use a sports bra, it works ok but doesn't give me the effect I want. I present more as a boi(lesbian), I guess, especially because I was with a(at first) femme girl. Also I am short and have a very high, kid-like voice. So that doesn't help any. But the thing is, I have masculine features. I think more than feminine. Idk... anyways hi guys! im here to get info, make friends, and help others out. So if you want to talk im always here to listen.

A success I've had is... easily presenting as male, when I was younger, even with my long hair!... people would always refer to me as a boy, and I didn't have to try... I miss those days :/

Just try to steer clear of Jaden, Kaden, or Aiden as a name, or any of their numerous other spellings, and you should be fine on that front. They're WAY too overused in the ftm community.

Other than that... I didn't even realize you hadn't posted an intro previously. But hey, good to have you here.

Okay, thanks for the heads up! When I was looking through names, I would think to myself 'that sounds too common, or I hear that a lot as an ftm name'... I have a few in mind though, lol a few meaning like 50...

Lol really? I had forgotten to, then decided to wait a bit. Thanks! :]

I didn't want my choice to affect any other FTM's choice, hence my screen name.

I'm sure that's what most of us are here for (but I wouldn't know.) It's good to have another member.

I'll just recommend that if you want to be a regular, common guy that doesn't stand out too much pick a common name, or something that was relatively popular around the time you were born. And if you're in a Christian area, bible-related names never go out of style (Chris, Isaiah, David, etc.)

Don't worry about that. Common names are, well... common.

I'm in the same boat. And even when I wear my sports bra, I'm still kinda big. And plus wearing it too long hurts. Do you know where I can get a comfy binder... Anyone?...

I was thinking "common", but something in me wants different... hmm idk :/

Hey, thanks.
Yeah, I've been wanting to get a binder for the longest time. And now I've finally decided which to get, I just need to save some $$. With my build, I think ill get more of a peck look, than a straight flat look. Hopefully not a moob, or uni moob look.

Us newbies got to stick together! Lol

Lol well that's the thing, they aren't common. And one of them I really liked, but like I said I don't want to be a copycat. *sighs*

Same here, but mine doesn't hurt me. My shoulders and neck to start hurting sometimes, though.
What flan said, underworks.
But no binder is comfy, they're all going to be of discomfort until you get used to them.

So on halloween I was wearing a pretty tight t-shirt and a pretty tight robe type thing(although they were black, you could see my chest) with some sweats and a mask, while going trick or treating with my niece and nephew. Even though I would say trick or treat(with my high voice) I got boy'd and he'd the whole time, but maybe because it was dark. One lady was confused and asked "are you guys boys or girls"(my friend and I).
Then when we came back to the house and were passing out candy, everyone that came up was saying "he" "the boy" etc. I was surprised because I was wearing a sweatshirt and to me, my chest was showing a lot. And I think when I would say your welcome and such they'd second guess themselves. My voice usually gives it away.

I think I've decided on a name, for now im going by Makai (mah-kye).

I plan on changing both my first and middle name.

Its weird, I get 'boy'd a lot. And I don't bind, just with a sports bra. And im kinda big... maybe its my arm hair and face... hmm...

Your face looks unquestionably male to me. The haircut is also masculine.
