I have a criminal record(for the purpose disclosure)

When I was 24  I attempted to steal a pair of pantyhose & was caught red handed & very red faced. I committed this horrible act, stood before a destinguist jugde, got humiliated due to my pore judgement & lack of respect, paid a hefty fine in cash, & have since purchased many styles of tights, pantyhose, & leggings. I've had sex in a very small %, & have not felt sexually arroused by the act of wearing these articals of clothing. I have felt envy of gg's because they look better than me. But yes, I have committed a misdemeanor in the st of MT.

It seems like many people, including many gg's, seem to think that we are also stealing their gender or the designated amount of estrogen that was meant for them! Don't sweat this little misjudgment. Next time you take something, you might as well swipe some $40-$50 Woolfords. They're great stocking and tights. Just kidding!

If I had done the same thing as you, and came before the judge that is now handling my child support case, I think he would have given me 10 years hard labor for breaking social taboos like wanting a decent pair of pantyhose!

I do not envy anyone on any side or part of a legal child support case & anyone who does has my deepest of sympathy & the best of wishes. I was 17 when my son was born. I was never married to the most wonderful girl in the world which is his Mom, but we never spoke an unkind word to the other. She accepted what little I could contribute in money & allowed me full access to my son & for that I have her to thank. If it was anyone else but her, my beautiful son could be a stranger.

I don't have a criminal record. That means I didn't get caught.

Granted, I never stole pantyhose.

My friends and I would go to a dance club. On the way we would stop at a discount liquor store and get a 5th of whiskey and a bottle of cold duck each.
Then we would sit in my car in the parking lot and see who could down it the quickest. Then we would go to the club and drink whiskey shots with coke ->-bleeped-<-s. I'm amazed I never got a DUI or an accident.

I'm glad that you two could get along and understand the situation maturely. My ex is still hostile, and angry about my transition. We've gone to court no less than twice in the 3 years after our divorce trial. It's been a big ugly mess. Maybe I will post some stuff about it and the discriminatory judge that I faced. Even though my income today is squat, he's holding me to my much higher pre-transition income levels for support even though I'm newly self employed. The other attorney even called me on the stand to put my gender transitional costs on trial as "excessive, non life or death expenses". Unfortunately, the trial was held in the middle of a conservative GOP type area. I'm going to try and appeal and file a judicial complaint.

Being trans isn't easy sometimes. At least I still have two wonderful kids from the old marriage who love me just the way I am! She couldn't take away that, even though she would like to. That's my justice....

I got lucky & didn't abuse it. I got it way better & easier than I deserved. Most importantly, I've a Son that would make any parent proud. I'm not gonna look this gift horse in the mouth, but I'll give praise & thanks to all involved.
