Per month? My prescription lasts about 4-5 months and comes out to about $41 with syringes. So monthly, less than $10 give or take.

I get my T through the NHS in the UK so I pay a basic prescription fee which is £7.20 (about $12) and that lasts me 9 weeks.

I want to thank you guys for responding (and you guys who just answered the poll).
As my trip to Rvk draws nearer, I'm going in blind. I have no idea what's available here and how much it costs. So I threw this poll up and figured "It can't be much more than twice the most expensive answer given" and pretend I've got enough money to cover it!

$0 to $3 per month. my ins pay rest of my T script.
I pay few dollars in co-pay.  I get 10ml vial so it last me few months.
I only ordered about $20 to $30 in syringes and needles from ebay.
I ordered +100 needles and syringes.
It been over two years since I ordered injection supplies.

Not sure how they sale it there but here it is in 10ml bottles and cost about $50 for the whole thing. Then it lasts as long as it does bases on your dosage. so it might be by the vile instead of by the month but who knows.
Good Luck!

A 10 ml vial for me is $60, and it lasts roughly 4 months. So that's $15 a month. Syringes are pretty cheap... I picked up a box of 100 from Wal-Mart for $15, and that's about 2 years' worth.

Dang, Nero, that's cheap.  Where do you get your T from?

My monthly cost is around $15, not including syringes/needles/alcohol swabs.  I pay just under $60 for a 10mL vial, including shipping.  The rest of the supplies aren't that expensive and last for a long time--so long that I can't remember what I paid for my first shipment (that I am still using) that I got last February.

The Apothecary Shop. They have a few locations: http://www.theapothecaryshop.com/Locations.html

Edit: They also do nationwide (US) mail order too, apparently.

My first was a 1 ml vial and copay was $15. Turns out doc ordered a 5 ml vial but walgreens don't carry 5, only 1 or 10. they also would not give 5 1ml vials. doc changed script to 10 m vial now. comes out to 21 weeks mathematically, 20 in reality.

A vial lasts me about 5 months and is completely free.  24 needles cost around $6
