Recently I had a chance to measure my weight in more than one year. It read 70 kg (154 pounds). I suspected that the weighter was out of order, but other guys said it's correct.

Sigh. As I know, my weight has been relatively constant at 65 kg (143 pounds). The sudden increase certainly was caused by my drinking together with my friends. I like beers with fried chicken, and others...

My wife, friends and colleagues say like "your weight 70 kg is fine for your height (183 cm, or 6 feet)". My wife today said to me that I look far better now because of my increased weight.

Weight is fine... but the girth size... I guess it approaches 30 inch. This is intolerable. And the standard BMI can not be applied to me, as I have rather uncommon physique. I think 65 kg and 26 inch girth is perfect for my health and of course beauty.

Usually I run 7 km (4 mile) for exercise. It's Sunday, and I ran about 24 km (15 mile).

A problem is that I became so hungry after running and I ate a lot of dumplings that my wife cooked for me.

Hopefully, my weight will decrease by 1 kg tomorrow.

15 miles, I'm impressed, at my best, decades ago now, 10 was pretty much my max (the bike is another deal, I've done over 100 miles in a day, though it was in Iowa).  Well, run girl run.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

About 2 years ago, I finished a full-course marathon (43 km or 27 miles), but I suspect that I can run again as my physical strength has been weakened. Drinking and smoking is the major culprit, and it is really difficult to quit the two.

During the marathon day, my colleagues were surprised that I smoked just before starting the full course. They said they usually did not smoke at least for 1 week before the marathon, and all of them quit smoking after running several courses. But they drink a lot, especially after marathon. Yes. We become very thirsty after marathon. I am a big eater and drinker, requiring more exercise.

Barbie. I am impressed! I ran the other day with my sister and barely made four miles. Ugh. I'll do another run soon. I weighed in at 163 this past week and could lose about five or so pounds. I don't want to be terribly skinny but a toned physique would be nice....(hears fireworks outside; it's New Years).

At any rate Barbie well done! Anyone who ran a marathon deserves some some kind of congrats!

Happy New Years (and to everyone else too)!

Mia, Happy new year, too.

I think 4 miles is enough for maintaining your health and physique.

It's very cold in the new year, although my town is one of warmest areas in this country. As I can not run so frequently, I need to run more than 10 miles at once whenever I have a chance. During the end of the year, I drank and ate too much.
