ok so you don't want the neo-phallus yet...as I've been recipient of skin grafts over side of my knee and on face after a long ago crash and seen how stiff the old grafting technique was the latticing thing sounded fine.  But until further news turns up there's nothing to do.

Personally, I'm glad to see new techniques being developed.  I'll be interested to see where this leads.

I'll agree, though, that the style of writing in the article makes it hard to take seriously.  It reads more like an article from The Onion, than like a real news piece. 

Thank you, LilacWoman, for posting this.  I'm sure nobody meant to come off as an ingrate.  It's just that it's really depressing how far the gap still is between what we want and what is available.
