A transgender New Yorker has filed a $10 million sex assault suit against an NFL player - and in a separate action is also suing the city, saying she was abused and humiliated by cops.

Angelina Mavilia's legal action against San Francisco 49ers cornerback Eric Green alleges he forcibly sodomized her.

Actually he was an ex-NFL player, he was cut by the Niners, so it's incorrect to ID him as one, and he had not found another team to sign him.

If he likes forcible sodomy, he's going to love jail.

What's worse for a NFL player's reputation: Tweeting the word "->-bleeped-<-" and then losing your job; getting outed by a jilted gay ex-lover; or allegedly sexually assault a transgender woman? If you're San Francisco 49ers cornerback Eric Green, it's the last one.

In a $10 million lawsuit, the alleged victim claims Green, 27, who she met in a Scottdale casino early last year, forcibly sodomized her at his condo. Green (pictured, playing for the Cardinals) denies the event ever took place.

Eric Green, cornerback for the San Francisco 49ers may have landed himself in some hot water off the field as he is being sued for sexual assault on a transgender.

According to the suit filed, which is in the amount of $10 million, Angelina Mavilia, 38, alleges that Green forcibly sodomized her.  Green, at the time, played for the Arizona Cardinals.

Cornerback Eric Green, who's bounced around from practice squad to practice squad since being released by the Cardinals after last season, was hit with a lawsuit from a transgendered woman who claims Green forcibly sodomized her.

Nothing good happens in Scottsdale, Arizona. And absolutely nothing good happens in a Scottsdale casino. That's where Green met post-op transsexual Angelina Mavilia in early 2009, according to her lawsuit.

​A transgender New York woman has filed a $10 million lawsuit against a former 49ers cornerback she says forcibly sodomized her last year.

Angelina Mavilia, a male-to-female transgender woman, claims Eric Green met her at a Scottsdale, Ariz. casino on Jan. 24, 2009. Green, who spent the preseason with the 49ers this year and has also played for the Arizona Cardinals and Miami Dolphins, was a Cardinal at the time of the alleged meeting.

According to Mavilia's lawsuit -- filed last week in southern Florida, where Green resides -- he convinced her to accompany him to his condo so "he could telephone his dealer, get some marijuana, and get high" and "introduce her to his friend, the Prince of Bahrain."

One correction needs to be made. There are no casinos in Scottsdale as gambling is illegal in all of Arizona except Indian tribal land. The casinos are located on Indian tribal nation lands, some of which are near Scottsdale.
