No discrimination complaints filed since Kalamazoo ordinance vote

In fact, Kalamazoo City Manager Kenneth Collard is still working on developing a complaint form and an investigation process.
The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety, meanwhile, reports no formal complaints about so-called cross-gender bathroom use.
