Hey guys and dolls,
What's a normal amount of leg hair for a guy? Everywhere else seems normal except some relatives keep commenting on my legs. Which are like thick yellow forests now. I hadn't shaved in many years, so of course they were always pretty hairy for a girl. But now it's much thicker. I don't know, it's making me self-conscious. Is my dose too high or something lol?

It varies greatly my friend Jake a genetic male has hardily any hair. I have a lot of hair on my leg unfortunately. If wear shorts the will be thicker than if you wear pants.
I think you are fine.

Hi Nero,

As far i could ever deduce, Guys don't even think about leg hair or body hair unless it is on girls. Then it is repugnent to them .  In Australia lots of guys wear shorts to work, even in business, most would require a chain saw to shave their legs. I regularly see a few guys who would  quite easily match a gorilla in hairiness. I work with a guy that I keep having a real temptation to stroke his hairy arms, it would not go down well

Guys who shave their bodies are usually, swimmers, cyclists and wrestlers. In my experience, sadly, when I went out as a guy with shaved legs, armpits etc I got more odd looks than I do now. I certainly got the poofter comment quite often. I think now if I walked down the street in a skirt and hairy legs it would be worse. Strange really, but I love being not hairy anymore.

Hugs Bro

Hi Nero

Your dosage would have to be determined according to your endocrinologist and obviously your genetics will play a part in the amount of hair you will get.

So, I would agree with what CindyJames said and you must be one hairy guy ;D

Kind regards
Sarah B

Nero,
Sound normal to me.
All the males in my family have lots of dark think black hair on there arms and legs.
So relax and show your manhood.

Yeah, sadly I'm afflicted with swathes of body hair and it does grow quite long and thick upon my legs - to the extent I can't bring myself to depilate my thighs. It's nasty, dark and painful when it grows back.. so no short skirts for me! Point being, of course, yes - you sound normal enough. :)

Varies.

In my prior years of dating guys, there are guys with little body hair and guys hairy as apes (including the dreaded back hair).  So a lot of it will depend on genetics.  I'm on par with my father and brother at this time, 2 yrs on T.

Like everyone else has said - it's all over the map, and depends on your genetics.

A male friend of mine who shaves complains about the "carpet" on his back, while i have little back hair. My arm hair is light colored (and not much of it), while his arms are black with thick hair. And so on. Some guys look like gorillas with all of their hair.

And guys don't think about body hair anyway, or worry about someone else's hair. Being hairy is all part of being a guy. Enjoy it!

The answer is "Yes"

My brother Erlingur has barren legs. Seriously, his legs are so hairless that he shames any female in his presence.
My other brother, Óli, looks like he's wearing furry leggings.

caucasians norm are hairier, both females n males...fortunately a lot have blondish body hair which doesn't show as strikingly as say...jet black body hair on a pale skin...

nero: why not google for leg hair pictures and see if yours is within range? alternatively consult an endo...
