I've been on the waiting list for Sherbourne since last October with still no reply from them yet. On top of that, someone mentioned they only serve people in Toronto but I'm actually just outside of Toronto (Greater Toronto Area) so would that matter?
The horror stories about CAMH have sort of scared me off but after waiting so long I'm actually considering it. However, someone else mentioned that they only consider RLE after you change your name, which I haven't done and don't intend on doing for quite some time.
My GP is not someone I'm particularly comfortable with and has been rather callous and rude on some occasions so I feel like that route is out of the question (but perhaps not if someone can suggest a way of bringing up the subject to my GP without the awkwardness and rudeness).
I've heard of the 519 but apparently they only do counselling. However, if they give out referrals for hormones or greatly assist in helping me get on my way to HRT I'll consider them.
So, that's about it I suppose

. Bottom line is: I'm getting sick of waiting for Sherbourne and so far have had no luck in the info. department on where to get hormones in the Toronto area. Any experiences and suggestions would be much appreciated and thanks in advance
