Isn't that a question you should be asking your doctor?

Taking any hormone without a doctors support is not really advisable.

I am not trying to be harsh, you could try seeing what suggestions are in the Wiki area.

Read the write ups about M->F hormone regiments at Anne Lawrence dot com as well as TransgenderCare dot com. They both have pretty good general information about Anti-androgens as well as estrogen and progesterone. I personally found Androcur to be very effective for the short time I took it but its VERY expensive re: why I only took it for a short time. The Absolute Best cure for Testosterone is to get an Orchiectomy :).
