Chicken and Corn Cup'o'Soup, and spicy Ramen cup noodles.  Nothing like a few chillies to clear the sinuses when you have a cold.  :)

Yes, I make a round of about six meat balls in a marinara sauce and freeze four of them two to a bag for future dinners  :)  I usually heat my pasta sauce separately though, I like to make spaghetti about once a week  :)

Tonight dinner was pan fried fish and parsnip and potato chips. Parsnip works well as chips (fries), quite sweet.

  Stir fried shrimp and veggies in Gen. Tso's sauce on brown rice and an eggroll.  Dessert: Thank You Berry Much Girl Scout cookies.  They were still selling cookies at my grocer's this chilly Friday evening.  Buy more cookies!
