Meeting My New Therapist 2day...

...Happy happy-joy joy....I'm told she is tha' best in my area....and very experienced...not  new to "transgendering" but I am a bit more mature now...and well things change, and newissues arise...it's been awhile since I last talked to someone....

I feel that I am experiencing a bit anger...not really generated in any direction...I just know that it is there...and needs to be expressed professionally....has anyone experienced un-explained anger???
you know it's there...but you don't know why, or how it came to be...IT's just there...

um yes, she made a pattern that anger gets set into being sad and that crying was one of the ways to get it out ...
needless to say she wasn't the best, nor did I get anything out of it but crying my soul out without feeling ridiculous and ranting was actually rather enjoyable XD
