Im sorry if this is against the rules or this makes anyone uncomfty...im just curious..speaking i will be in the same post op position about a year or two. Ive always wondered..could post op women squirt. I understand that a lot of cis women cant do it either..but has it ever happened to you?

No, and I don't think I ever will. Trans women simply don't produce that much of that type of lubrication. It's rare enough in cis women that it will be virtually non-existent in trans women (who are notably drier than cis women).

Yes..... some years after my first op....probably quite a few actually.... but not everytime...

Not currently though....but then it was only 5 months ago that i had my revision...

So watch this space....  :P

I've wondered about this, that is squirting from your urethra. I still have very wet orgasims now, and most of this presumably comes from the prostate? In theory this should continue after surgery?

I found this:
65 per cent of the fluid is produced by the seminal vesicles
30 to 35 per cent by the prostate
5 per cent from the testicles and epididymes

Based on that I imagine if you get anything it will be much reduced after surgery. The lack of testosterone will shrink your prostate too which I assume means it will produce less fluid or none  ???

Guess I will wait and see.

I, uh, don't want to go against what others may say, but I can, and do squirt.  a lot  :icon_redface:

It takes some patience and proper penetration.  My prostate is effectively my g-spot, and it provides some very intense sensations and is my key to a vaginal orgasm.

If properly done, I have a tingling sensation something like urination, but it is not urine.  It is clear and odorless and comes out in a fair volume from my urethra.  I never experienced this prior to my SRS, but I never really played with it prior to that.

It can be a real mess, but it is fun!

i have squirted twice and it scared me.  My FIRST orgasm was 6weeks post and it was self induced and i was sitting in a puddle.  I took pics and sent to dr bowers and she said that she was amazed at how much i produced.  it isnt a fluke, it happens everytime i have climaxed.  i NEVER imagined how good sex was until i was POST.  OH MY GOD.

everyone is different in this situation.

I squirt also. when I orgasm it's a lot esp if I wait days to do it. Even now when I get ''wet'' and A guy really turns me on I GET REALLY,REALLY WET. Female orgasm is sooooooooooooo MUCH BETTER POST OP. Before you had to wank that awful piece of crap. but now I can be at lunch and eat something really good and think about a hot guy like say George Clooney haha and i don't even have to touch myself and i can have a orgasm.

Anyone stopping by to read our posts (which are google indexed) will get the impression we're a bunch of sex fiends. It's insulting.

Oh I see; trans women are not allowed to be sex-positive.
You should hang out with the radical feminists then, they might be more your cup of tea - since they hold the same view.
The only insult here is the implication that trans women shouldn't be allowed to enjoy sex because it reflects poorly on you (which is ludicrous, since it's not your sex life that it being discussed).
Getting hung up about being perceived as a fetishist really doesn't do much other than highlight your insecurities about your own identity. Your vociferous condemnation of talking about sex reminds me of a TV evangelist bagging homosexuality.
For the record, I enjoy squirting porn (and male ejaculation). I would love to be able to squirt myself, as this would be quite a turn on. This is nothing to do with being 'male' or having 'male pornographic fantasies', it's simply one of the things that arouses me sexually. Many cis women find it arousing also.
I apologise sincerely for not being all vanilla and pure like you, but I'm in my dirty thirties and I enjoy rough, sometimes kinky sex.
You stick to your missionary with the lights off - and maybe stay away from threads like this :)

If you wish to talk about squirting, then go for it.

Why not post it on the S.O. Forum then? Or is it okay here because this is a special club?

This is the 'Post operative life' sub forum. The question is about a medical aspect of post operative life - vaginal fluid production.

In my experience the longer I have been on hormones the less fluid. Actually to a point where it is almost non-existent. But then again, we are all different!

Well I am a LONG way past surgery (37 years) and any "male plumbing" long ago shrivelled up from no androgens but lubrication can be generous under the right circumstances, prolific at orgasm, and once in a long while I have experienced a 'squirt'.

Frankly this is a topic that comes up once in a while among close GG friends so it ISN'T a solely "trans topic" as such.

No, the question is about sexual 'squirting' and can you do it , which is pornographic (in my opinion) and belongs in the Sexuality forum, not here.

Then you know what to do; PM a mod and ask for the thread to be moved to the 'Sexuality' forum.

Yarly; me and my cis bff talked about the other week, since she's managed to squirt before.

I'm sensitive about being sexualized/objectified and question why it's a relevant topic here.

What? No one is sexualising or objectifying you. People are offering their own experiences.
Why it it relevant on a TG forum? Because many women are sexual beings and want to know their potential sexual capabilities after SRS.

QuoteThis is the one forum i could relate to the most and thought of it as a 'safe' place. Since it appears to be my problem, I will just shut up and stop posting.

Righto.

Hi Valerie hun. I honestly have to say this...if we all on susans cared that much about what people think...we would not be here today or able to transition. There comes a time where one will have to realize that life is life and the only one who can live it to the fullest is you..so stop worrying about media or ect..its pointless in my opinion. This thread was made under post op... And is a curious question for the post op ladies that are here...if you didn't like it you should have never replied dear. I clearly spoken "sorry if this upsets anyone" i didnt say speak on it. This was made for the people who cared to reply...next time i will issue that in a post like this. :) have a nice day

The issue of vaginal secretions have come up several times, both in the sexuality and post-op forums.  Additionally in this particular forum, Post Operative Life, there was a question about post-op orgasm https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,77023.0.html.  And in that thread was a discussion about vaginal secretions as well.

To my mind this really is a valid discussion on either forum.  It *is* a function of post operative life, and it can be sexual in nature, though not necessarily so.

It is up to the poster to pick which one.  And if the moderators think it is too much one way or another, they are quite efficient in moving the thread to a more appropriate location.  Also, if anyone thinks a thread is inappropriate in a particular forum, they can send a note to the mods and ask them to move it.  Usually that is enough of a reason in itself, and most times a thread will be moved just on that.  To my knowledge that has not been requested.

The original question in this thread was hardly framed in any sort of sexual or suggestive way, and most of the replies were clinical or matter of fact in response, though there were a giggle or two.  It was no more pornographic, to me, than any other description of a bodily process.  Which the original question referred to.

Even a description of orgasm is not considered pornographic if it is presented in a clinical manner.  It is a bodily process after all.  And has been discussed, at great length, in both forums.  It only become pornographic if the description is salacious, which is strictly prohibited by the TOS here.
