What happened to <ftm.org.uk>?

Hi guys,

I have finally decided it's time for me to legally change my documents. So I was looking for a template to do this legally (name change etc). I remember that the website ftm uk (not the forum) used to have an excellent page on this. But I've been trying to get access to this all day but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone know what happened to it?
