Gravity

Amazing, breathtaking movie. Highly recommended. Not at all what I thought it was going to be. It was several million times better.

Above all... remember: you are beautiful, you are valuable, and you have a shining spark of magnificence within you. Don't let anyone take that from you. Embrace who you are. <3

I watched the new Veronica Mars movie the night it came out!
I thought it was great and gave a much better sense of (open ended) closure that the TV series did. Hopefully they make a second movie!

Went to see 'Pompeii' and '300: Rise of an Empire' in the last few weeks. 'Pompeii' isn't that good. Wish I would have waited for it to come out on disc. '300: Rise of an Empire' was awesome.

I'm about half-way through Federico Fellini's classic "8 1/2".

Can't decide yet if it's brilliant or overrated :-\

Rush, I missed it at the movies. Not bad but not as good as the real thing.

Been watching Game of Thrones S1 to 3. Yes not a movie but well done.
Going to read the books as well.
So long and thanks for all the fish

American Hustle.
Better than I thought, it had all the elements of a good story.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Possibly my second favorite marvel studios film at the moment.

Captain America...fun popcorn movie. Had me totally hooked the whole way through, a great ride. A very violent movie with lots of gun play though, no doubt a very high body count but nary a drop of blood or corpse to be seen!

At the movies-Grand Budapest Hotel
I love Wes Anderson, especially Moonrise Kingdom.  That one is in my top 5 ever.

At home- Dead Hooker In A Trunk Sick and hilarious low budget grindhouse style film.
Next up- Ticked Off ->-bleeped-<-s With Knives.  I'm not kidding.  I sort of expect to hate it with a passion, but I couldn't pass up a transploitation film.  Sort of like that proverbial train wreck.  What are the odds I make it through the whole film?

Oh, if only IRL violence could be as tidy and convenient as movie and video game violence. Maybe one day with technology.

KIDDING! :)

I liked it as well though I wasn't bowled over by it. It was leaps and bounds better than the first one which I didn't like.

Kimberley Beauregard

I last watched This is England a couple of days ago.  It's one of my all-time favourite films.

I dig it, but you'd better appreciate awkward. I tried introducing Anderson to my wife and she couldn't handle it.
