Avengers, and it socks! Here is the only female hero, and what is her superpower? None, all she does is wield an stupid pistol, display some kung fu, and wiggle her tail.

They could have used http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ms.Marvel1.jpg instead

What if the male Avengers posed like the female one?

Finally saw Repo Man the Genetic Opera about a guy who repossesses organ transplants from people who are late on their payments. WARNING: It's kinda violent.

The music sucked but it was still a fun movie, like an overly dramatic, campy, horror movie.

"Rum Diary" with Johnny Depp - very good.
Also very  good "Midnight in Paris"

The film opened to widespread critical acclaim and has commonly been cited as one of Allen's best films in recent years. In 2012, the film won both the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay and the Golden Globe Awards for Best Screenplay; and was nominated for three other Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Direction, and Best Art Direction

My Big Fat Greek Wedding, it was pretty funny, kinda cute.
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain, I like watchin' the puddles gather rain.

I watched it last week and I think you summed it up pretty well. I'd like to see the Devil's Carnival as well (same director I think).

Stayed up very late to sit through Inglorious Basterds but didn't seem to see any theme/story to it.
The centre section was so long and boring I almost gave up and went to bed but I hung on in the hope it would resolve the storyline but it didn't.
It's definitely a film to be avoided in the future.
Tarantino must have talked a good line to get funding to make such a boring mess.

The last movie I watched was Empire Records, but I watch that all the time. It's a good chilling movie, and has music in it, which I love.

Of movies I haven't seen before, the most recent is "Splinterheads". It was interesting, and inspired me more to create a storyline based off of it. Not gonna lie though, not my favorite movie.

If no one has seen it yet, I do recommend '10 Inch Hero', I had put off seeing it for so long, and now I'm angry at myself that I did.

Watched Victim on Netflix streaming. I didn't know much about it and was caught off-guard when it had some gender elements. My friend pointed out that Netflix probably suggested it to me because I've watched a lot of movies with LGBT themes. But be forewarned that it was very dark and violent. Not for the faint-hearted.

Jurassic Park, one of my favorite movies of all time, full of imagination and fantastic effects.

Good god your Cool, I LOVE that movie. It has such a cool theme tune too.

I just watched Lion King it looks so awesome on Blu ray. I can't wait to get my own flat purely so I can finally get surround sound.

Saint Ralph on Netflix streaming, available for a few more days. It made me cry, but that doesn't take much. Check out the "Emotions" thread. I'm a cry baby.

It was actually entertaining! they manage to sneek in references to the game. one of which I didn't think about until I'd seen the whole movie but it's in the trailers too.

Notice how the artillery impacting the hull looks like the pegs from the game?

But don't look for it to be as deep as the ocean, because it's about as deep as a wading pool. It's just entertaining in the same vain as Transformers was.

Dark Shadows. Went in with low expectations so I wasn't disappointed. It's entertaining enough.
