Dark Shadows. Went in with low expectations so I wasn't disappointed. It's entertaining enough.

Saw that today I found it Boring. Left half way through.

Red State

Because it's Kevin Smith, I was under the impression it was a comedy but it's NOT. It's a horror movie. Very underrated. It should have been better promoted. You can watch it on Netflix streaming and you can also watch a special that Kevin Smith did where he went on stage and answered a bunch of questions about it and his other movies. There was a lot of controversy surrounding it. It's inspired by the Fred Phelps "God Hates ->-bleeped-<-s" folks.

A PBS documentary about tunnels.  :)

All I can say is that my life is pretty plain, I like watchin' the puddles gather rain.

Despite all my rage, I'm still just a rat in a cage

"Death Trance" :)

It's a Japanese flick and I love it.  It makes little sense, but that's OK.  The soundtrack is awesome and the guys are cute. x3  And there's action!

Apocalypto. WARNING: It's a wee bit violent. It's by Mel Gibson after all, torture porn fetishist.

I liked it though.

The Avengers. meh.  :-\

I went back to see it again right before watching Apocalypto at home on DVD. My friend didn't want to wait for the Shwarma(sp?) scene but I convinced him to. We were the only ones still in the theater after the credits.

A little trivia... (mild SPOILER WARNING!)

In the Shwarma(sp?) scene, Captain America is leaning against his fist the whole time and not eating. It's because they shot that scene about a week before the movie came out and Chris Evans had grown a beard. I don't know if he just wanted a beard and didn't want to shave it for that one silly scene or if it was for another part.

Men in Black 3 - really good, but I have a cheesy sense of humour.

I watched Dark Shadows ( Because Johnny used to be my stunt double, so I support his acting habit) which I found to be a perfect role for him.
Then I watched Men In Black 3.  Which was pretty entertaining too. ^_^

Ugh! I have come to the conclusion that I just don't give a flying <not allowed> for 3D movies. The glasses are really uncomfortable and hurt my ears if I let them rest there so I try to keep them a little above my ears, but that takes constant finagling. Sometimes they still hurt my nose or my head. But the worst part is the movie itself just looks weird and distracting and sometimes that gives me a headache. The gimmick is distracting from the story just like the shaky cam that some directors seem to have grown fond of to instill a sense of more action or something. Every time I go to a 3D movie, it's especially distracting for the first 15 to 30 mins until I readjust to the messed-upedness of it all.
