Well, I thought I'd give a looksy and see if anyone knew of a reputable and good therapist in the Charleston area of South Carolina.

I'm currently in the military stationed here, and this would be out of pocket (don't think I want to get Tricare involved in this!), so I'm looking for someone who is decently priced, but still good (bang for your buck).

Because I'm in the military, I have no illusions as to being able to start transition for another 4.5 years at least, so I'm not looking for someone who's gonna give me a letter to start HRT asap.  I'm just looking to sort out my feelings, talk to someone about my issues, and someone qualified who can help me develop some plans for my life post military.

This is probably a long shot, I know everyone on here is pretty spread out across the world (hey world!  ) but thought I'd see.   Thanks!

All I can tell you is find one that is transgender knowledgeable and friendly. There are many jumping on the band wagon that tend to know nothing, and I have been told by some of my TG friends, that they initially tried some really horrible ones.
