You won't gain stature that's for sure--that's bone growth. I am guessing there is an upper limit on bone growth that is perhaps in the 20s sometime. But other stuff grows and changes all the time, we have skin and cells that grow and you can, of course, "grow" in weight.
I know a guy who just started T and is maybe about 58. I have not asked re: about his downstairs growth.

OTOH, he showed his driver's license from several months ago, quite a big change in facial shape and has gotten more muscular.
(Actually probably helps the bones, in older people, just as estrogen does.) One reason you lose muscle mass and so on is due to lack of hormones, I think. I would gather that this would be less in someone over 45 or so. Do I know for sure, no?? But it is logical.
