Ever so often someone pulls a great flash mob.  Such as this one in Germany.

Can't find it right now, but there's a great recycling one at a train station, where people planted an empty water bottle on the walkway, and when a passerby finally picked it up and put it in a recycling bin, a whole crowd of bystanders clapped and cheered her. She was quite overwhelmed.
