probably would be the same size height wise. 
I'm 5'4 short for a dude, but it fits me.  I feel like maybe being a bit taller couldn't hurt for defensive reasons, but at the same time I think its a slight bit paranoid to think like that.

Build would probably stay about the same too, although I would have a good bit more muscle definition and that slight hint of girly hip curve would go away [which it probably will within the next few months on T just going on a year now]

I think the really only big difference would be the addition of a working phallus ect of proportionate size.

I like my body for the most part.  Though in an ideal world I'd be a few inches taller, a bit more muscular, and have a regular-sized penis.   

No sense obsessing over someone else's body.  I'm stuck with the one I've got.

Well, I don't know ... I was a teenage boy a long, LONG time ago .. and I had posters of Bowie in his Ziggy Stardust/Aladdin Sane pomp all over my wall ... he was utterly beautiful and once i'd applied about as much make-up as him i was pretty cute too (tho I do say so myself!! ) ... it certainly worked as a way of attracting  teen girls ... the only problem was that a teen girl was what I really wanted to look like ...

I like my body. Maybe less of the hips, no chest, and some downstairs correction for me too. I'm glad I am the way I am.....actually no, longer legs to become more proportionate with this crazy torso I have would also be nice.

Hmm interesting.

Height: 158 cm
Figure: skinny but with wide not very wide just right amount of wide hips.
Race: Preferably of Taiwan/japanese decent with a little korean in there.
Hair: black shoulder length.
Chest: B cup
Face: eyes: big but not like OMG just hey those are pretty.
         Nose: My grans one ( like mine just really pretty)
         Mouth: My current one.
-dont really care about ears.
Hands and feet: Thin hand with slightly long fingers and  22.5/23.5 shoe size(japan sizes).

Most important part 100% female and fertile. haha

Well thats as simple as I can put it for my if only body.

It was the first full body image I could find of her; tons of headshots but very few full body shots seem to be available. This is not a body type that really exists in my own family, but it is the body type I've pretty much envied all my life.

In case the image breaks or is not available everywhere, it's Ginnifer Goodwin. (The youngest sister wife from Big Love and Snow White from Once Upon A Time).

It may be site restrictions from the host site, glad I thought to specify by name. It was showing up when I posted, but now it's a broken image link for me as well. The image you found is cuter.

In some ways I think I envy Goodwin as much for her perky voice and personality as for the body. I could live with a wide range of bodies, but I'll always be a little envious of women who are able to project a certain girlish charm and brightness well into their 30s or 40s at least. It's not an attidude I've seen carry through so much to my age, though my ex had some of it when we were younger, with age it seems to morph into something else, a certain mystical charm, I suppose... the archetype of the wise and gentle woman who is mainly known to other women, and often scares men too much for them to be attracted to her, or at least to express that.

I love Katherine Heigl's body. That would be ideal!
