As a general rule (because I know how tetchy flight crews can be, and with good reason), I make sure any liquid medication has the pharmacy label on it showing that it's prescribed for me, and I tend to tell Security and the check-in clerk that I have liquid medication in my hand-luggage.
That way, if the flight crew has any concerns about you bringing it on board they can address them with you in advance - and you can argue your case that your meds are essential so you shouldn't be asked to surrender them to the hold. They feel a lot safer if you're upfront with them.
I once had the Purser come up to me mid-flight to tell me that the Captain wasn't happy about me carrying liquid medication and he'd asked whether the crew could store it in the galley for safekeeping. But because I had been totally upfront, friendly & co-operative she went back to the Captain and convinced him that I wasn't a threat so I kept my meds. But even if they'd insisted on keeping my stuff in the galley, it's better than being forced to keep it in the hold.
They'll probably just shrug it all off though.
