sorry i had to honestly chime in, yes there are certain foods you can eat and certain vitamins you can take to make you appear more male, i have i transitioned 10 years ago and am just now becoming who i want to be in the end of my life, i am 21, i do have pcos but i have not let that hold me back,
if you take zinc 3 times a day with each meal that will help greatly, plenty of greens like string beans, spinach, broccoli, things like that will definitely help you not only in losing weight but also increasing your t levels which make you appear more male
