Just had an awesome new cheese called Hereford Hop (it's rolled in hops) on fresh French bread with caramelised onion chutney. Utterly delicious!

Probably going to head out to Subway for a sandwich. Or two.

Else to Cub for heart-healthy quesadilla stuff. Mmmmm~.

Hey you started T 3 days before me! Congrats!  ;D

Also, not sure about where you live but Subway is doing $2 for 6 inch cold cut or meatball subs this month. Just a heads up if you like those you could ask at your local store.

Internet high five! :D

And I'm stuck in Mini-snow-ta. I wonder what a cold cut combo would taste like with sweet onion sauce...?

Come to mention it, I should probably get there and back before the snowstorm blows in.

What's eating Gilbert Grape?  Probably the same thing that's eating me in some ways

I couldn't sleep and although I tried to resist, the insomnia monster twisted my arm and forced me to make a Monte Cristo sandwich

The problem is I can't decide if it's a glorified French Toast or a glorified ham, turkey and Swiss cheese sandwich  :eusa_doh:

Thursday morning, about 1015...just finished an awesome breakfast of bacon and eggs, and toast and blackberry jam.

I cooked it myself!  (yes, "cooking it myself" is a big deal for me...I'm in the process of maturing to be a Big Person now!)

Grits, beans, okra, toast, tomato, and also pickled jalapeños for me but nobody else likes that part. And the nastiest iced tea ever. Fred Meyer/Kroger brand plain regular tea is about a quarter the price of the name brands and still not worth it.

Sounds great!

I'm eating loads of Swedish Glace raspberry soy ice cream, for my sore tonsils. It's seriously the tastiest ice cream I've had in years!

Later, Himself is going to make me some carrot soup. He's been an absolute darling, cooking for me while I'm ill.
