Hello :-)

So I am here to ask for your feedback! :-)

This is me, before anything. No nothing, except a little eye liner in a couple of
pictures (I am not wearing lipstick, though I often look like I am!)

I would rather know how difficult it will be for me, than have a compliment. I don't really need a confidence boost so much as a reality check! :-) Thanks in advance :-)

I know I need to do my eye brows better and I will probably be able to get the adams apple shave and facial hair permanently dealt with but for now....  Any thoughts on my  passing chances and what I need to do to maximise my potential would be great. Thanks :-)

I'm no expert but..

You have a very feminine profile to your body, arms, legs and torso all well proportioned. So that helps a lot.

I don't see any really prominant masculine features in your face, but I can't really see your brow ridge well but it doesn't look too bad.

Yeps!

2 pics in girl mode on  ^-^. Pre-everything, 28 years old. A bit of make up there; the lighting of my room + the crappy camera of my phone don't help very much.

Maybe in these pics you can get a better idea! :-)

I could see you as a girl :-) I don't know very much about all this yet, but to me it doesn't look like you will have much trouble.

True, the lighting isn't real great but you do seem to have some rather feminine features to start with  :)  I think you will do well, have you discussed an HRT program with your doctor yet?

I have my next appointment with the gender therapist the 1st of February. It's my second visit, but I've been told that here in Spain generally they skip fast to the hormones if they see it necessary. Looking forward to it :-)

Last night I went to a rave and dressed up like this. x.x Sooo nervous!! ...but my friend said raves are trans safe so I went for it.
Everyone at the party was really nice and there were a couple other trans people there.

First time out in public en femme in almost 5 years, and that was for a drag ball!
I didn't even know I was trans at the time.

I'm still not certain if I'm MtF, but I thought it would be fun to go out like this and see how it feels.

Anyway, what does everyone think?

You look good to me :)
I almost had my first club/rave experience a couple days ago, and an almost-other experience with something else i can't say on here. xD
Sadly, my friend's tummy was hurting :P
and i didn't trust being alone with the guy that invited us.
I'm glad you had fun!

V good. Bit of work and you would look good to me :-)

I went out in my heels makeup and stuff to the shopping mall yesterday with the family. Was good. I was less nervous than I thought I would be, but still quite self conscious at points. I wasn't trying to pass, as I can't, but I figure, if I can go out when I am obviously trans, then if I can get closer to passing, it's all win. :-)

Raves are good. People are friendly. :-)

Updated pic: 10 days' HRT, +girl mode stuff: women's med. t-shirt, bra, too-large glasses.

Sorry 'bout the smudges/phone-level photo.

In general, do you think my frame (pelvis is doing most of the obvious pudge down there; it's about half an inch in on the sides) will pass muster down the road? Also: Rhinoplasty - yes?
Don't lose who you are along the path to who you want to be.

Hrm! I think the only "masculine" feature is the nose, but it will likely soften a bit with HRT (not much, but probably you'll be fine without rhinoplasty). *I* need rhinoplasty :)

And removing facial hair makes a big difference! Do not worry :)

Aw thanks Tristan, I just saw this. Made my day :D

Can't wait until I'm further with laser and can finally stop wearing so much friggin makeup to cover up the patchiness! But I have to admit, I do enjoy makeup.. BB cream, mascara, and bronzer are my crutches right now ;) Also trachea shave scheduled for feb 20th with Dr O! Probably going to feel like a whole new woman.

Well, when someone who is pre-everything asks if they could pass, I just say go look at the before and after topic in this forum.

And remember, "passing" can also be culturally subjective.  The idea of what is considered feminine varies.

This makes me so happy Jamie, it means there's even hope for me too!  ;D

Alright I found a way to get a link of the picture larger and hopefully clear enough. What do you think so far? This isn't very far into hormones. Thank you for anything advice or criticism and I know the picture isn't great because I took it with my webcam haha.
