Gender therapist, but if you can't find one locally a therapist who specializes in "gay" people should be able to point you in the right direction.
Also, start small...I"m assuming you know you're female to male (FTM). If so, find a basic article or site (such as Wikipedia or here at Susan's) which will help you understand. Break up the big idea ("OMG! I'm in the wrong gendered body!!") into smaller pieces...
I don't like my girl-face because...
1.
2.
3.
I don't like my breasts because...
1.
2.
3.
I wish I could get rid of my vagina because...
1.
2.
3.
My friends/family don't like it when I talk about my gender because...(quote their words, not your perception)
1.
2.
3.
(Any of those questions, and all questions, could be answered "I don't really mind my _____", btw) Once you have a few self-made answers, you can go about learning how to correct things to set things right.
For me (I am MTF), I wasn't happy with my short "guy" hair...easy fix: grow it out. I didn't like my body hair, easy fix: shave and/or wax. I didn't like having a bulge in my pants...temporary fix: tucking. etc etc. One thing at a time.
Good luck, best wishes!!

And welcome to Susan's!
