I have no idea what is "standard" as the docs all do it differently and we all start out with different anatomies... but for comparison, I had srs in early august with suporn in thailand.... out of the box, the dilation was easiest, getting harder as sensitivity returns and scar tissues try to contract, for the first 3 months. I'm just at the tail end of that period, going fine without pain killers, just a little wincing.
Anyway, I use a medium (1.26 inch diameter) for depth (about 6.3 inches), then the larger one (1.34 inches), which goes about 5.5 inches. Lubelubelube and go slow if you have to. Nothing tenses things up quicker than trying to rush....
