CrinAnnex

Greetings from the United Kingdom.

So I have been lurking on and off for a couple of months now and finally got the courage to make an account.

I'll start by introducing myself. I'm 21, born female but strongly identify as male. I have had these feelings all my life but became more aware of what it meant to be trans when I was about 16.

I have reached a crossroad in my life where I need to make a decision, accept who I am (which seems impossible at present) or take steps to transition. I'm really not happy at the moment so something needs to change T_T

So this is why I came here, to talk to people who can relate to what I'm experiencing and maybe make some friends to.

Hi CrinAnnex, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 9984  strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

Hi Crin,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Great crossroads to be at. I think you already know which road to take. The road of transition is not easy, but by comparison to living a life of quiet desperation, mediocrity and morbidity is not worth the energy or effort.

Keep in touch and let us know how you feel about your future. There is a lot of experience here to draw from. And you could say we are bias ;D  But bias for all the right reasons.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
