Hello, everyone!
Okay, so I've been on HRT for about ten days now, and I have a question about what happens to the muscles. I only weigh 107 lbs, and am just 5' 2" tall, but my arms are so freaking bulky. I don't even have to flex them, and the muscles on my shoulders, upper back, and biceps just stick out in big hard masses of muscle. I don't know how they get like that, I don't even work out apart from riding my bike everywhere I go, and that shouldn't do anything to my arms.
Could it be my diet? I eat mostly breads, pasta, cereals, and peanut butter covered things. Then second to most often I usually eat processed meat and dairy products. Should I change my diet to be predominately vegetarian? Should I eat less? Will that help my arms slim down and look more feminine? Again, I'm really small, so I don't understand how I can have such big arms but weigh so little.
And how much has HRT helped your arms to look more feminine? Does it do anything significant to your muscles, or will I need to do something to my diet and exercise in order to change it?
I really want to be able to wear sleeveless clothing and not look like a body builder! Please respond!
