Here's another;
Something like this. Very easy to do.
Get a blue short sleeve dress shirt, a tie, and a sheriffs star and your top half is good.
Bottom half get a black belt, blue biker shorts and put a fake plastic gun on the side.
One of those cowboys one or something.
If you're daring, for your bottom half instead of the shorts you could wear
a blue jock-strap or speedo with a pouch in the front so you can put your packer in it.
You might have to do the pouch yourself though, but that shouldn't be too hard.
