So, the waiting game begins yet again. Went to the endocrinologist today, she ordered a pelvic ultrasound and is checking a bunch of levels, including AMH. During said ultrasound, my mother and I were both looking- there are two clearly visible tubes, but only one ends in one of those demonic sacs; the other seemed to terminate with a black hole .-.

Also, some round object popped up and disappeared into some random fold several times, which I could actually feel when the transducer was in that area. It felt awfully strange as well. Maybe one of those ovary things from hell decided to jump off and is now hiding out elsewhere 

Anyway, does anyone know what would cause a black hole where an ovary goes and a random ball-shaped thing to be playing whac-a-mole inside someone? Because I'm pretty sure things aren't supposed to move around like that in there.

I'm not sure what to make of this. All I can think of is recurring ovarian cysts. Did your doctor say anything else about it? Did she order any other tests to find out what's going on?

I guess it's going to try to stick around for a while. If you can't find me, it's kinda hard to get rid of me! 

Doc hasn't seen it just yet, it's a big place. They'll call up in the morning if it's anything life-threatening though. If not, I'll have to wait it out for three weeks. I swear, if that thing had a face it would have been blowing a raspberry at the technician. She looked a bit confused but didn't say anything. And yeah, being tested for stuff like PCOS in whatever doomsac or sacs showed up. Damn you, 3-week wait!

I get those friggin' cysts several times a year. When they decide you aren't being interesting enough, they will blow raspberries at you. I'd hate to know how bad it must've been for it to possibly separate itself from everything else.

Look on the bright side: for it to stick around like that it must be pretty attached to you.

I'd like to rip out my uterus and ovary/ies (?) at the next doctor who asks about my "regularity". My mother says it's only 2 or 3 days without pain like that's a bad thing. Any more and they would have to keep me away from anything that could possibly be construed as a weapon because I'd be going on a rampage. At least I don't get all emotional, that would suck.
