Most assuredly no.
Don't worry - no pain, no gain. Just be careful where you put your arms.
Don't lose who you are along the path to who you want to be.

See I always thought for there to be growth there also has to be like soreness or something and im not on e yet like I said just blockers for nearly 3 months so never really looked into it unless I did feel something accompany it :L but my BMI is 20/21 and for someone who hasn't had any great amounts of e in her life and a quite slim body to have have what it looks like moobs still going through my tank top, and even my mum agreed there now, I thought was weird :s

There will be pain, but it will be a sweet pain in knowing that the affects of HRT are beginning to take effect, this will be most noticeable after you start on E
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS

Lol wasn't so sweet for me when I had to hold my shirt off my
Chest for a month...

And yes you can get some breast development from blockers...
Not sure how much though...

I don't really have any breast pain at all. I have been on hormones, estradiol and spiro for 9 months now. I only noticed slight pain the first like three days of hormones and whenever someone hugs me too hard or I accidently hit them. Should I be concerned that there isn't pain?
  •

XchristineX

Okay ..
I take premarin alot of Spiro...and medroxyprogesterone

Maybe the medroxy is making me develop fast...
Which it hurts...so much I can't wll down stairs at the
Same pace I used...or run...lol. and showering ...carefull..
And accidentally hitting them with my arms...

Yes the stairs have become the enemy. And don't forget narrow doorways: Ouch! Or a comfy sleeping position. I've never slept with a shirt on but now it is super uncomfortable to sleep topless. I got this cotton cami from Bollovo for like $8 at the consignment store so I solved that problem, Ha! I can wear it as a bra as well or if I wanted to mix houte couture with trashiness, a top.

Hahaha such sissies,  :D  been on HRT for going on 19 years and there is no pain, maybe tingling and itching. The only pain comes when one of the good ole boys bops you in the chest, or you forget that you need added clearance when closing a door.
  •

XchristineX

Another added plus is you get a second place to stash money..
And other small various goodies...

And how you interact with doors.
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

And you need to throw away most of your shirts...
Will feel like sand paper on your nippies

Soft soft loose fitting shirts...

I've always had this issue my entire life and have to be careful with material / weave... Doesn't yet appear to be getting any worse though.

Ah - worse, had a 4 x 4 treated fence post fall out of a rack at the local lumber yard and nail me end first right on the right breast, drove me straight to my knees, I felt really hot, sweaty, and blackness came over me, but i didn't faint. Had to sit on a sling of studs and hang my head between my knees until I felt better. Other than that sort of fun stuff, there is nothing to worry about.

OK - So, we have pain.  When does it stop??  If I'm not supported, I hurt just running up and down stairs.
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.
